Lake Taylor's McCray commits to N.C. State

Lake Taylor standout Boogie McCray said Monday evening that he committed earlier in the day to N.C. State. He rushed for 1,531 yards in 13 games this season and scored 22 total touchdowns as the Titans finished 12-1.

With state's top two gymnasts back, Kellam eyes state title

Kellam seniors Kirsten Strausbaugh (pictured) and Katie Barton took first and second, respectively, in the state Group AAA all-around competition last year and will lead the Knights as a state championship challenger. Princess Anne senior Jennifer Ware is also back after finishing fourth in the all-around.
