A Water Country USA employee has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting three females, two of them juveniles, according to a news release today from the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office.
Sandeep Deebak Agarwal, 22, of India, was working at the park for the summer. He was arrested Tuesday without incident, according to the release.
He was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of sexual battery.
The offenses against the three females allegedly occurred while they were being assisted onto a water ride, but no one was injured, the news release said.
