I did it! Victor Bakkar's weight loss story
At 37, Victor Bakkar was on a "road to self destruction." He had reached a peak weight of 293 pounds, had mild sleep apnea, high cholesterol and increased doctor visits for anxiety, stress, allergies and joint pain. Through diet and exercise, he reached 214 pounds in less than nine months.
